Plant life is critical to our planet and to humankind, but it can be complicated. Dry brush and dying trees cause huge fire dangers. Here in Southern California, our summers are especially hot, and high winds make fires more likely. We cut down dead trees and clear brush to slow down fires during hot seasons. Thriving plant life can slow down wildfires. We are actively seeking ways to reforest our region and maintain a green thumb. We carefully select areas to plant new trees and use proper spacing that prevents fires from jumping from tree to tree. Healthy trees and shrubs are good for the air, the ecosystem, and for our communities.
Electrical lines can present a fire danger to nearby trees. If a tree has grown too close to power lines, our arborists are trained to safely trim away the excess branches and overgrowth. Additionally, for future construction sites, we can come in to dig up the roots and stumps of old trees and remove current trees. We know these are time sensitive tasks. We will come within 24 hours or less to clear out trees, branches, or shrubs that are in the way.
